As far back as I can remember I have always been interested in holistic health and yoga. My first reflexology session was a powerful experience and led me to becoming a certified Reflexologist with the Canadian Reflexology School in 2014. I received my 200hr yoga certification in April 2016 through the KRI and continue to work towards my 500hr yoga certification. I love teaching a variety of yoga styles that honors the uniqueness in you.  In this hectic, fast paced world, the practice of finding balance and harmony is something I feel reflexology and yoga can provide to my clients.  As I continue to learn, grow and share with our Blue Moon Community I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be of service to you! I am excited about the unique programs and services Blue Moon Yoga and Wellness Studio has to offer you.  I look forward to connecting with you at the studio and helping you reach your health goals!
